The Orchestrate Group has finished an assessment on behalf of the Pelican Rouge Group at its division Coffee Roasters. The assessment included domain such as the organization, role of IT, alignment to the business and identification of the current mode of operations. It included reviewing contracts and applications, including the roles and responsibilities associated.
After conducting multiple interviews, review of strategy, review of IT contracts and workshops, short term wins and mid to long term strategic improvements have been suggested. Pelican Rouge Coffee Roasters is able to improve its business on short term with the identified improvements of The Orchestrate Group, while a business case will be developed for the mid to long-term strategic initiatives.
